Terms of service

RIBN provides a browser extension and dashboard that display live market prices, news, and account-level features such as watchlists, portfolios and alerts. RIBN is a display product. We do not provide investment advice, broker services, order execution, custody, or regulated financial services of any kind.

Market data is provided on a best-effort basis. Latency, gaps, incorrect ticks and outright outages are possible. Do not rely on RIBN as a sole source of truth for trading decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from delayed, incorrect or missing data.

You're responsible for keeping the email address you sign in with secure. Magic-link sign-in is single-factor; if you suspect unauthorised access, email support@ribn.tech and we'll terminate active sessions.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, in GBP inclusive of UK VAT. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice — your current billing period is unaffected.

You have 14 days from your first paid period to request a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After that, refunds are at our discretion and typically prorated for the unused portion. See the refund policy page for full detail.

Don't redistribute the data we serve, scrape our APIs at scale, attempt to bypass plan gating, or use RIBN to facilitate market manipulation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@ribn.tech. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete account data within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping (see the privacy policy).

England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights as a UK resident.
