14-day cooling-off

UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of the first paid period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Email support@ribn.tech within that window and we'll refund in full to the original payment method, typically within five working days.

Cancellation after the cooling-off period

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for; we do not auto-charge after cancellation. Partial refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion — we generally honour them when the cancellation is due to a service issue we couldn't resolve.

Annual plans

Annual subscribers fall under the same 14-day cooling-off rule. After 14 days, refunds are prorated for the unused portion minus payment-processor fees, again subject to discretion based on context.

Service-level issues

If RIBN is unavailable or fundamentally non-functional for an extended period during your subscription, contact us and we'll extend your period or refund the affected days.

Email support@ribn.tech from the address on your account. Include a brief reason — it helps us improve the product. We aim to respond within two working days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
